UK Customers

Where items are available for immediate dispatch, we aim to send all orders placed before 12 noon the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

No orders are processed over the weekend or on UK public holidays at all. During these periods there might be a slight delay in your order being processed for delivery. Once processed our transit times are as per below.

Standard Delivery

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Mail as our standard delivery option. Most customers will receive their parcel in 2 to 3 working days, this service is not trackable. If your parcel has not reached you within 15 working days after dispatch please contact us via email. If your order has a high value we may choose to use the courier service described below.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK)

Express Delivery takes 1 working day to reach you after dispatch and is fully tracked. We use either DPD Local, or Royal Mail, depending on the weight, value and destination of your parcel. You should expect your parcel to be delivered between 8am and 6pm. If your item has been dispatched via DPD Local, they will send you an email or text on the day of delivery with a 1 hour delivery window in which they aim to deliver in.

Saturday Priority Delivery (UK)

UK Saturday Delivery will be dispatched via Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed Special Delivery. You can place your order any time up to 12 noon on Friday for delivery before 6pm on Saturday. All orders received after noon 12 noon on Friday will be held for dispatch the following Monday. This service is limited to parcels weighing less than 1.5kg.

EU standard Delivery

For EU parcels we use Standard Airmail which is sent via our UK postal service (Royal Mail) and passed to your national postal service or carrier once it reaches your country. Whilst this service is good value, it can only be tracked to the point when it leaves the UK and once it reaches its destination and may take up to 25 days to reach you, so please only select it if you have plenty of time until your order needs to reach you. If your parcel has not reached you within 25 working days after dispatch, it can then be declared as lost in transit and a replacement sent or full refund issued.

Worldwide Delivery (outside EU)

We send orders to destinations all over the world. Please see the above table for more information on Zone 1 and Zone 2 countries. International Zone 1 & 2 deliveries are sent using either Royal Mail or FedEx.

Customs / Import Duties

For overseas orders please note that there may be additional tax, customs or import duties levied to you by your government once your parcel reaches your country. We do not have any control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they may be, so you may wish to contact your relevant authorities before placing your order to clarify if this will be the case. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility or reimburse any such duties, tax or customs charges. If they are not paid and the parcel is then returned to us, we may be charged for the return of your package; this return delivery charge will be deducted from any refund value or will need to be paid for before any re-shipment can be arranged.

Tracking your order

If the courier service is selected you will be sent an email from DPD Local or Royal Mail with the tracking information.

(Please remember that UK Standard Delivery and Standard Airmail cannot be tracked during transit)

We will collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whilst using our services, e.g. placing an order, joining our e-mail newsletter or entering a prize draw or competition.

The type of information that we collect might include your title and name, known address, contact telephone numbers and e-mail addresses. Credit and debit card details are forwarded securely to financial parties (banks or PayPal) to fulfil your order. We do not retain payment method details.

Returns & Exchanges

We really hope that you are pleased with your order. However, should you wish to cancel your order, return or exchange any garments, please read our Returns Policy below.


You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. After this time our returns policy below will apply.


Please complete the returns form you will have received with your order, or enclose a note stating your order number and reason for return so we can locate your order details on our system. Returned items can only be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items. Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to show in your account from receipt of return. We are unable to refund any return shipping charges. We recommend the use of an insured method of delivery or certificate of posting since we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

We must stress that in order for a refund to be processed, all items must be returned to us in new condition, in their original packaging with hanger, unworn, odour free and with all labels still attached.

Unwanted Items

We offer a 28 day returns policy for unwanted items. Please return the garments with the completed returns form as outlined above.

Faulty or defective items

Every care is taken to ensure items are checked, however, very occasionally faults or defects can occur. Please return the garments with the completed returns form as outlined above. Once the garment has arrived back with us we will notify you and confirm when the refund has been authorised. Faulty or defective garments returned within 30 days will be automatically refunded.


Please note that exchanges will only apply to garments that we are currently selling on our website or if you have purchased the garment from us directly within the last 28 days. Any garments that have been bought from our stockists which are not currently sold on our website, should be returned to the stockist directly.

Please email us with the details of the garment(s) you wish to exchange, e.g. the style number(s) 1611PP and size(s) you require. Subject to garments being in stock, we will then send out replacements.
