We remain open to all our customers - now with free UK delivery

As we all work through these difficult times, due to the Covid-19 virus, we wanted to update you on how we are managing the situation here at Emile et Rose.
We are working together to still deliver the best service possible for all our customers and employees; ensuring we keep up to date with the latest government guidelines and following them accordingly. All orders placed on our website are still being processed. Our office and warehouse team have increased hygiene measures and are following social distancing measures.
To ensure we can continue to provide the best service possible we have made a few changes, these are outlined below and will be updated regularly.

Delivery

To make life that little bit easier we are now offering free UK delivery on all orders.
Click and collect from our office will not be available at this time.
Saturday delivery is still available but it is not guaranteed by 1pm.
For all Europe/international orders we will check the service is still running before shipping your order and contact you if it is not. Your order can then either be held until the service returns to normal or refunded in full. Please be aware that we are currently experiencing delays to all countries outside of the UK.
Please note courier delays are out of our control at this time.

Returns & Exchange

28 Day Returns Policy - Effective as of 22/06/2020
We operate a 28 day return policy.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.
In order for your refund or exchange to be processed, all items must be returned to us as received, in original packaging with hanger, unworn and with all labels still attached.

Extended Returns Covid-19

Returns and exchanges were extended for 3 months for all orders placed from 1st March 2020 until 21st June 2020. Returns and exchanges must be made within 90 days of receiving your order within these dates.
In order for your refund or exchange to be processed, all items must be returned to us as received, in original packaging with hanger, unworn and with all labels still attached.

Additional

If you ordered an item for a christening or baptism which can no longer go ahead we will exchange all garments bought from 1st January 2020.
