For our last order dates for Christmas 2020 please visit our Christmas Delivery Information page

We aim to send orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 noon the same day, orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day. (Please note; Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not working days)

Upon receipt of your order confirmation, please check all delivery details are correct and notify us immediately of any errors as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in these circumstances.

UK Standard, UK Express and all international deliveries are not completed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. We aim to deliver within the times below, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as they are handled by third party couriers.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available to all UK addresses, including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly. All UK standard delivery orders are sent using the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service, you should receive your order within 2 to 4 working days. This service is fully trackable, once your order has been despatched you will receive your tracking number and updates via email or text.

If your parcel has not reached you within 10 working days after dispatch please contact us. If your order has a high value, we may choose to use the courier service described below.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available the next working day to all UK mainland addresses and 2 workings days to the following locations, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly. Please note; Saturdays, Sunday and Public Holidays are not working days and orders will not be despatched and deliveries will not be completed on these days.

All UK express delivery orders are sent by DPD. Deliveries are made anytime between 8am and 6pm. Once your order has been despatched you will receive your tracking number and updates via email or text, including a 1 hour delivery window on the day your order is out for delivery.
This service requires a signature on delivery, if this is not possible you will have the option to request that your order is left in a safe place via the tracking notifications. If a safe place instruction is sent to the courier, any issue that arises from this will no longer be the responsibility of Mallory Grant Ltd.

UK Mainland Saturday Priority Delivery

UK Saturday delivery orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed by 1pm. You can place your order any time up to 12 noon on Friday for delivery before 1pm on Saturday. This service is limited to parcels weighing less than 1.5kg.

Collect in Person

Your order will be ready to collect from 12 noon the next working day. Collection available Monday-Friday 10am-4pm (excluding public holidays) from our head office address – The Granary, Highfield Farm, Clyst Road, Topsham, Exeter, EX3 0BY – We will hold collection orders for 5 working days, any orders not collected in this time will be automatically cancelled and refunded in full.

Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies to all collection orders, unfortunately collection orders cannot be returned in person to our head office.

USA, Canada & Australia

All orders to USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are sent via Royal Mail or Fedex. You should receive your parcel within 7-10 working days. Once despatched you will receive delivery updates via text or email. This service is limited to parcels weighing less than 2.0kg. If your parcel exceeds this weight, we may have to contact you to agree and additional fee before despatching your order.

Rest of the World

All orders to the rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail. You should receive your parcel within 7-10 working days. Once despatched you will receive delivery updates via text or email. This service is limited to parcels weighing less than 2.0kg. If your parcel exceeds this weight we may have to contact you to agree and additional fee before despatching your order.

Please note we are no longer able to ship to the UAE. 

Customs / Import Duties

For international orders please note that there may be additional tax, customs or import duties levied to you by your government once your parcel reaches your country. We do not have any control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they may be, so you may wish to contact your relevant authorities before placing your order to clarify if this will be the case.

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility or reimburse any such duties, tax or customs charges. If they are not paid and the parcel is then returned to us, we may be charged for the return of your package; this return delivery charge will be deducted from any refund value or will need to be paid for before any re-shipment can be arranged.
