Free UK Delivery
Unless otherwise stated all Free UK Delivery promotions apply to our Free UK Standard (Royal Mail T48 tracked service). Express delivery will still be available, but at the normal paid for rate as shown at checkout.
Price Reductions
As an online business our product prices often change due to seasonality, customer demand and stock levels. We are therefore unable to refund the difference in price when an item is purchased then goes down in price, this includes when it is reduced for a sale or promo event.
When in a sale event the price displayed is correct.
We appreciate how frustrating this can be. If your item is still in its original condition, in line with our returns policy, you can return it and re-order the product at the new reduced price. Please note, we cannot guarantee that the product won't be purchased by another customer first.
Free Toy Over £75
Please note: This offer is not usually available alongside Free UK Delivery and may not be available during high sale periods.
The promotion includes one free small Rose bunny or Emile bear soft toy gift per order of £75 or over. Only one free toy per order. However, if your order includes gift wrap and is £75 or over you may qualify for 2 free toys. In this case we will either include an alternative colour or you may receive a duplicate free toy.
The free toy will be automatically added to your order. The choice of Bear or Bunny, and colour, will be made at our discretion according to the garment styles purchased.
Total order value must be £75 or more before delivery charges are applied.
Free gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

3 for 2 Promotions
3 for 2 promotions apply to selected styles only. The cheapest item will automatically be discounted during checkout. Multiples of three, up to a maximum of six products, may have the discount applied. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including the Free Toy over £75.
Please note that if only the free (cheapest) item is returned, no refund will be issued. If one of the other items is returned, you will be refunded the value of that product, less the RRP value of the product you received for free at the time you purchased it.
Email Subscription Discount
To qualify for the welcome discount code you must subscribe to our mailing list. When you join our email mailing list, you will be emailed a 10% off discount code.
The code is linked to the email address used when you sign up. When you place your subsequent order, you must use the same email address or the discount code will not be activated.
The 10% off email discount code applies to full price products only.
This discount is limited to one use per customer.
We reserve the right to cancel or change the discount code at any time.
This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or offer, this includes free toy. If you want to use your discount over having the free toy please remove it from your bag and then continue to checkout.
Influencer Discount Codes
Discount codes shared by our social media influencers are restricted to full price products. All discount codes are valid for 12 months only.
